ClAWDD-UFR (chloro paraffin base Fire Retardant Material for Conveyor Belt manufacturer)

Composition : This material is the combination of chloroparaffin and some special fire retardant materials.

Function : It uses as fire retardant material to control flame, glow of the end product specially for conveyor Belt.

Uses : It is used in rubber compounds based on natural and synthetic rubber, protect the end product from fire propagation.

Doses : It is used in different doses as per seviarity of the anti fire property of end product. General Doses (55±10)phr or as per user’s requirement.

Appearance :- free flowing off white powder.

Density (gm/cc) :- (1.88 – 1.92)

Bulk Density (Gms/Ltrs) :- ( 700 – 820 )

Ash Content at 825°c / 1hr.( %):- ( 42 ± 2 )

Solubility in Toluene ( % ) : ( 43 ± 2 )

Heat Stability ofchloro paraffin at 180°c / 4hrs. 0.20 (%) max (w/w)

Nature :- It is free flowing powder and highly dispersible in rubber compound and very comfortable in handling.

Shelf life :- one year from the date of manufacturing.

Nature ;- It has excellent capacity for blending of fuel.
